REFUND and PAYMENT POLICY

 

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns/refunds. Minor changes are acceptable for upto 24hrs after placing the order. In case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

Please note- we strongly wish that all communication is in written format so as to ensure transparency and clarity. For this- please prefer to contact us via mail or WhatsApp so that the communication is in written form. This helps us follow the process smoothly and avoid any misunderstandings during delivery of the outfit.

 

For payments- you can pay via Credit- Debit card, Net Banking, UPI, Google Pay, Cash Deposit or in Cash. For custom outfits we accept 50% of the total as advance and balance has to be cleared before we ship. Kindly contact us to guide you through while placing the order.
