Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image
as displayed on our Site. However, in case a customisation is required such as
lengths, necklines, sleeve adjustments, embroidery increases, etc, there will
be an additional customisation charge applicable and will be added to the final
billing amount. For any such customisation kindly contact us.

In case the product was bought
on sale, an additional charge for customisation/alteration is applicable.

Yes, we can change the color of the product. However, we note that some of our products might look great in certain color shades only. Therefore, we provide you with a palette of color options. Also note- Screen resolutions are different on all devices thus slight color changes might be possible.

We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. You can fill up the measurement form on
our website and mail it to us with your order id.

Payments can be made through

As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refund.

The standard shipping charges for shipping within India is free. Express shipping is however chargeable at actuals. The shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume
of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry. the
color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see
on your monitor and the actual product.

shipped to your doorstep or at your convenience.

with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment,

We try to deliver all our

Each and every product is specially curated for you, being hand embroidered and
sewn, and is made to measure. Usually the time frame will be anytime between 30
- 60 days, depending on the order and customisations if any. In case you
require your orders on priority, please get in touch with us and we shall get
back to you on the same.

We generally keep a 4 inch margin for all our custom made products. Usually, the
measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal and are doable at
your end . However, if you wish to get it altered by us then you can send the
product to us within 3 days after receiving. The final delivery timeline of the
product will vary on your alteration requirements. Note that shipping charges for
alterations will have to be paid by client and will not be borne by us. In case
you require any alterations, please get in touch with us.

For
outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration
required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.

We try to make the orders as per the standard size chosen by you or the measurements provided to us. However, if any alterations are required, we generally need about a week or two, however this varies from each and every product. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by client and will not be borne by us.

If any alterations are required, we request you to send the order at our office in Pune. Please note, that we do not pick-up any alterations and the cost for delivering the product to us is to be taken care by you.

For all products shopped from a Multi-brand outlet, please contact the same multi-brand

There are no additional charges for any Plus size order.
